The "I suck at challenges" challenge

This is a brilliant challenge that I personally need a lot. I'm a slacker. I didn't join a lot of challenges but I barely can finish them. Last year I failed to complete one challenge. This year I committed to Three challenges, and i hope this one will help me finish them and feel happy about myself.

When?

Sign up anytime between now and February 1, 2009. The challenge ends July 1, 2009.

How?

Leave a comment on this post with a link to your challenge post. Tell me if you are a Slacker or a 12 Stepper and list your challenges.

Then what?

At the end of the month, starting in February, I'll put up a post calling for your progress. Leave a comment telling us if you've completed a challenge (link to your completed challenge post), if you're struggling with any and what ones, or if the challenge deadline came and went and you never finished.

At the first of every month I'll put up a post to record your progress. I'll encourage everyone to visit each other and cheer you on.

Serial Readers Challenge 2009

I've always loved series, and i'm always reading related books and that have a continuaty. That's why i was intrested in this challenge.

The challenge hosted by Carpoolqueen, and it requires reading books in series, triologies, or just related books by an author.

Here's the series i chose for this challenge:

1- A house of night series by PC Cast

2- Queen Betsy series by Mary Janice Davidson

3- Inheritance by Christopher Paolini

4- Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer

5- Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris

Numbers challenge

The Numbers challenge is to read 5 books whose titles have a number in them and that goes from Jan 1, 2009 to August 1, 2009.

The challenge is hosted by Callista, and she made it clear that 2 of the books shouldn't figure in other challenges. That's going to make it a little tough, but i guess we can make it.

Here's the list of the books i chose:

Princess Neve's 2009 Reading Challenge

This a great challenge that was intresting to me amongst all the challenges i've seen. The 50 books challenge was made by my beloved friend Lady Neveen. She's a great writer and a fabulous reviewer and she thought of this challenge since she noticed that she, and many other people, can't finish the 100 books during the year due to the busy school schedule, which i thought it's a very smart move. Anyway, i'm definitely joining it, and it's going to be a great one since it allows all kind of books.

The rules are:

1. You must comment here if you want to join.

2.You must link to the post.

3. Any kind of books you have are count on.

4.You have to review your top 10 favorite books from the 50 book.

5.You must finish reading the 50 book before the midnight of 31th. Of December 2009.
